Why is it socially acceptable in teen society for girls to act either immature, naive, or dorky?

(and still be popular, but everytime a guy does it, he’s socially rejected?) Answer I don’t think that’s true. Often the average popular teen boy is very immature- look at frat boys. Truly dorky girls aren’t popular. And all teenagers are a little naive.
